At Fabihairven, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not refund under any circumstances.
However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges only if:
- You received the wrong length, texture, or product.
- The item is defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos).
To request an exchange:
- Email fabihairven@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, return the item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
- Once received, we will process your exchange and send out a replacement.
Important:
- Custom wigs and special-order items are non-exchangeable.
- We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to Ensure timely fulfillment.
Please double-check your order details, including product selections and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase.
